While this program is truly a work with more than one contributing party, the majority of the content and the idea behind STRENGTHBODYBUILDING.COM is the work of AJ Alfaro- known affectionately by his colleagues and students as “Big Al” or “Coach”.
AJ Alfaro, CEO of AJA Publishing/FMOS is an avid power lifter with an extensive background in personal training (fitness), kinesiology, and business management. He started educating himself on matters of training and diet as a teenager in 1987.
As the creator of the “For Men Only!” line of sites, AJ has developed and deployed innovative new concepts and techniques that have revolutionized the world of natural male enhancement and strengthening.
Since 1999, AJ has helped over 250,000 men achieve improved sexual health, fitness, and their male enhancement goals.
AJ is also the creator of the “For Men Only!” Affiliate Program (Details HERE) and has helped many beginning and expert webmasters find financial success with little or no start up capital. AJ has similar business opportunities available on almost every one of his sites.
AJ has been featured on MSNBC, CNN, Salon.com, The “Jon Melichar Show,” The Boston Phoenix, PE Magazine, AltPenis Research, Weekly Wire, and Men’s Wellness News.

He is the author of several books and guides, including “For Men Only” and “How To Get Incredibly Huge and Super Strong Naturally.” He also writes columns for the Just For Guys newsletter as well as The PEGym.
In Mr. Alfaro’s own words: “It has been an incredible privilege to be able to be allowed to take part in coaching men who have gone from living in needless terror of their performance to being able to go above and beyond what the ‘average’ man is capable of- all through increasing their confidence levels and through the discipline of training, as well as their achieving their goals.
AJ has partaken in important joint venture projects by personal requests from the heads of such notable companies as DM Contact, Performance Marketing Ltd, XvA Enterprises, Bright IDs, EXCiDEA Group, AEA Network, Dating-Insider (3AM Publishing), Aviso Media, Marquee West, Web Quest, Inc., and BIB Hanger Productions, Semprove, and MeCoach to name a few.
When he’s not working, AJ enjoys spending time with his family, martial arts, bodybuilding, studying, and fishing.
