AJ Alfaro, CEO of AJA Publishing/FMOS is an avid power lifter with an extensive background in personal training (fitness), kinesiology, and business management. He started educating himself on matters of training and diet as a teenager in 1987.
As the creator of the “For Men Only!” line of sites, AJ has developed and deployed innovative new concepts and techniques that have revolutionized the world of natural male enhancement and strengthening.
Since 1999, AJ has helped over 250,000 men achieve improved sexual health, fitness, and their male enhancement goals.
AJ is also the creator of the “For Men Only!” Affiliate Program (Details HERE) and has helped many beginning and expert webmasters find financial success with little or no start up capital. AJ has similar business opportunities available on almost every one of his sites.

2002:– Bench Press (raw, “touch and go” style) 475 lb for 1 repetition at the Fitness Quest Health Club in Reedley, CA, with witnesses, 315 for 32 repetitions at Porky’s Gym (Miller Dr.) in Miami, FL, with witnesses; at a body weight of 238 lb
-Back Squat (belt only, to parallel) 685 lb for 1 repetition at the Fitness Quest Health Club in Reedley, CA, with witnesses; at a body weight of 238 lb
2003:– Added Martial Arts to his training repertoire (Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling)
2005:– On a “cuts” training cycle, achieved a body weight of 203 lb at ~5% body fat (height 5’9″)
2011:– Bench Press (raw, “touch and go” style) 315 lb for 40 repetitions; at a body weight of 245 lb
2013:- Hammer Strength Leg Press (with knee wraps): 1260 lb for 3 repetitions- at the LA Boxing/UFC Gym in Overdo, with witnesses; at a body weight of 252 lb
-One Armed Rows with Olympic dumbbell: 220 lb for 6 repetitions, 240 lb for 2 repetitions- each lift done first with the left arm, then the right arm (in home gym); at a body weight of 255 lb
-Dead lift (belt only): 540 lb (in home gym); at a body weight of 255 lb
June 2014:- Dead lift (belt only): 555 lb (in home gym); at a body weight of 258 lb
